In the memory of Dr. Marri Channa Reddy, like every year on Dec 2n, his death anniversary, Dr. M. Channa Reddy Memorial Blood Donation Camp is being organized specifically for Thalassemia children. Thalassemia is a genetic blood disorder that results in the body producing fewer healthy red blood cells, leading to anemia. Thalassemia patients often require regular blood transfusions every 2-3 weeks to manage their condition.
